We need the deceased's full legal name, date of passing, province of residence and Social Insurance Number (SIN). You do not need to provide account numbers, passwords or access to devices.
The Estate Research Report is delivered securely to the email address on your intake form. Standard delivery is 5 business days from payment confirmation. Expedited Priority clients receive their report in 3 business days.
Yes. The report is formatted to be handed to counsel. It documents each finding with the institution name, account type and research source.
Every report is reviewed by our internal review committee before delivery. We check completeness, source accuracy and formatting. No report leaves without a committee sign-off.
